Product Information

It exhibits a wide service temperature range, from -75°C (-103°F) to +375°C (+707°F), with intermittent excursions reaching an impressive range of +1100°C (-2012°F) to +2800°C (+5072°F).

The cured sealant retains its position even on vertical or overhead surfaces and possesses remarkable resistance to ageing, ozone, and humidity. This sealant consists of a two-part, silicone-based liquid polymer compound. When the two components are mixed, they form a thixotropic paste that can be conveniently applied using a spatula or extrusion gun. The material cures at room temperature, creating a resilient sealant that exhibits excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
