Product Information

This fast cure product is designed to protect internal and external surfaces of integral fuel tanks and pressurised cabins. HTS 9410 class S is especially recommended for antigravity protection for landing gear. It was developed for use over a temperature range of - 55°C to + 120°C and with outstanding resistance to jet fuel, aviation gas and petroleum based oils in the aerospace environment.

HTS 9410 class S is a three-part manganese dixoide cured polysulfide liquid compound (base, solvent, accelerator).The mixed compound is a fluid consistency which can be applied by spray. After mixing, it cures at room temperature, giving a strong and flexible sealant and it has excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
