Product Information
This product is the most reliable heavy duty breather, made for high temperature and pressure autoclave cures. When slit, it can be used as an edge durable breather. Using this breather will eliminate the need for multiple layers of polyester breather. The high-temperature nylon fibre helps prevent vacuum lock-off, while delivering superior performance compared to polyester breathers in autoclave processes. It also maintains higher vacuum levels, resulting in better part quality. All Ultraweave products have a higher temperature softening point and will not compress like polyester allowing for increased airflow.
