In contrast to hydrocarbon chains of classical organic molecules, siloxane chains exhibits a pronounced chemical resistance against a wide range of chemical influences. Therefore KORASILON Fluids M will not show typical decomposition processes like cracking or gumming.
Molecular weight and depending on this the viscosity of KORASILON Fluids M is determined by the value of describing the length of the siloxane chain.
