Product Information

The product is specifically designed to provide long-term bonding and protection against moisture, environmental attack, mechanical and thermal shock, as well as vibration, particularly in applications requiring high strength. It is a non-sag formulation with a neutral alkoxy cure system that cures at room temperature, making it easy to apply in a wide range of environments. Its typical applications include bonding sensitive electronic components and sub-assemblies, where excellent dielectric properties and non-corrosive performance are essential.

It offers excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, metals, silicone rubber, and many plastics, and remains stable and flexible across a wide temperature range from -50°C to +200°C. Meeting aerospace standards, it is suitable for demanding applications where reliability and durability are critical.
