The two component system offers a flame retardant, thermally conductive, low-modulus, readily repairable material. CHT Q-Sil 550 is designed for potting electronics to provide environmental protection (e.g. Sterilisation units). The product is also suitable for working at higher temperatures.
QSil 550 main features include its long pot life while offering low modulus and excellent elongation.
