Product Information

This product is a two-part, epoxy-cured Permapol P-3.1 polythioether compound. It offers a service temperature range from -62°C (-80°F) to +160° (+320°F), with intermittent excursions allowed up to +216°C (+420°F). Once cured, the sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties even after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gas.

In its uncured state, it is a low sag, thixotropic paste that can be easily applied using an extrusion gun or spatula. Unlike standard polysulfide fuel tank sealants, this product can cure effectively at low temperatures and remains unaffected by changes in relative humidity. It exhibits exceptional adhesion to properly prepared common aircraft substrates.
