Klubersynth GH 6 oils were especially developed for the lubrication of worm gears with steel/bronze pairings. The polyglycol base oils and special additives reduce the friction coefficient and provide low wear values.

In modern weaving machines, high-performance gear oils are expected to enable longer maintenance intervals at high production speeds.It is with this trend in mind that we developed our Klubersynth oils. These are synthetic high-performance gear oils based on polyglycol.
They are resistant to ageing, protect reliably against wear and offer an excellent load-carrying capacity as well as viscosity-temperature behaviour. With Klubersynth oils, oil change intervals of up to 20,000 operating hours are realistic, which can lead to considerably lower operating costs.
