It is a clear and transparent liquid replacing traditional solvents such as mineral or white spirits. It maintains good solvency and low to extremely low aromatic content (typically less than 1%) to minimize risks from exposure.
It has low odor, low levels of toxicity, broad evaporation range and narrow boiling range. Exxsol D60 has applications in silicone sealant formulations.
