Product Information
Its molybdenum disulfide blend is water-insoluble and can absorb up to 50 percent of its weight in water without breaking down or impairing its function as a lubricant. With bentonite clay and mineral oil as additives, this grease gives aircraft engines the high-quality protection they need to stay in top shape.
Sulflo Plastilube #3 adheres well to metal surfaces and offers the benefit of withstanding the intense heat inside a running engine for hours of continuous operation. However, this non-melting grease doesn't require heating before application, so it's perfect for pre-flight use in hangars or during routine maintenance.
Plastilube #3 can be applied wearing ordinary disposable gloves, and it doesn't require any special preparation before use. Since it is easy to apply and easy to handle, this handy lubricant is extremely popular with aircraft owners, operators and maintenance personnel all over the world.
