It is formulated from perfluoropolyether and fluorinated polymers and can be used in harsh conditions, such as low or high temperatures, corrosive, solvent, liquefied natural gasses, and high vacuum environments. It also has minimal deterioration due to oxidation and is appropriate for long-term lubrication. The product is suitable for cleanroom equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment where the volatilization of the lubricating material is undesirable.
