Product Information
This graphite dry lubricant is specifically designed to meet the rigorous criteria for lubricating internal and auxiliary equipment mechanisms in both commercial and naval nuclear reactor systems. The formulation consists of highly pure graphite particles suspended in thermoplastic resin and isopropanol, resulting in the creation of a thin, dry film that is non-corrosive.
The applied film exhibits abrasion resistance, effectively lubricating moving parts, rubbing surfaces, and threaded components. This facilitates easier assembly, ensures trouble-free operation, and enables non-destructive disassembly. In addition, the lubricant offers non-corrosive, dry, and adherent lubrication for metal parts with restricted clearances, making it ideal for applications where stringent control of impurities is essential.
