Product Information
It is specifically designed for the protection and lubrication of stainless steel and nickel alloys during hot working in the temperature range of 1,000°C to 1,200 °C.
It is formulated for electrostatic spray application but may be applied by normal spray, dipping, or with care by brushing. On heating the glass components fuse to provide a fluid protective barrier against oxidation, which also provides additional lubrication during forging and extrusion.
