Product Information

It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a resilient highly elastic seal which maintains flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. unlike many silicone sealants Bostik Bondflex 300 LMN Silicone Sealant has a low odour when curing. The sealant is extremely resistant to weathering, ageing and water. It is supplied in a range of colours in ready to use cartridges suitable for application by means of hand gun.

Bostik 300 Primer is based on a SATRA formulation that has been developed as a method of halogenating rubber soling in shoe factories.

Recommended Use:

Bostik 300 Primer is designed to augment or replace mechanical scouring of rubbers and can be used successfully on the original moulded or stale surfaces of most rubbers when using Bostik polyurethane sole attaching adhesives. Under certain circumstances, it can be used as a primer for crepe when using Bostik polyurethane sole attaching adhesives but this application should be checked under shoe factory condition and confirmed as being satisfactory.
