Product Information
Boron system primarily for all types of electronic applications. The deposit provides high electrical conductivity, exhibits low contact resistance and shows some good as plated
hardness and wear esistance.
This deposit also finds a variety of uses in solderability applications due to the extended shelf life solderability obtained. This coating can replace gold in some specific applications.
