Loctite Stycast 2850 KT can be used with a variety of curing agents to satisfy most handling problems and physical considerations after cure. Loctite Stycast 2850KT is a highly filled, castable, two part epoxy encapsulant with greatly enhanced thermal conductivity.
It is typically three times better for heat transfer than any other currently available thermally conductive systems. It is, of course, also an excellent electrical insulator.
