The inclusion of micro-fine molybdenum disulfide particles, often called 'Moly,' enables them to adhere to and penetrate metal surfaces firmly. This unique property ensures continued lubrication and anti-seize protection, even when the oil component may be depleted, or there's a risk of inadequate lubrication due to the mechanical spreading of the lubricant.
Its formulation is designed for applications involving sliding steel-on-steel surfaces and low to moderate-speed antifriction bearings carrying high unit loads. Its formulation exhibits an impressive working temperature range, making it suitable for use in extreme conditions, from f temperatures as low as -73° C (-100° F) to as high as 170° C (275° F).
