Product Information
It is a highly versatile product formulated from mineral oils and solid lubricants with a high pressure-absorption capacity, preventing seizure and scoring. It effectively suppresses stick-slip motion, reduces fretting corrosion, and facilitates disassembly. It allows excellent coverage while applied and provides emergency running performance when required. It is suitable for the press-fit production of all machine elements.
The product can be used as a running-in lubricant for new machines and gears and for permanent lubrication of machine elements that experience slight or intermittent movement. Additionally, it is effective for drilling, sawing, and thread-cutting operations. The paste is commonly used to lubricate threaded spindles, splined shafts, tooth gearing, worm gearing, moving screws, fittings, pumps, and guides on machine tools, as well as for fitting ball and roller bearings, pulleys, wheel flanges, and bolts.
