PBC 1574 is a golden paste with metallic solids. PBC 1574 is based on a an inorganic thickener with metallic solids. According to its formulation it is free of silicone, MoS2, graphite or lead. Based on its universal applicability PBC 1574 can replace a large number number of assembly pastes.
