Scotch-Weld EW-5000 AS primer is designed to provide ambient temperature drying with handleability right after spraying. Scotch-Weld EW-5000 AS primer meets the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1124 VOC limit with less than 250 g per liter.
