Product Information
Devoid of chlorinated hydrocarbons, Diestone MP50 serves as a cleaning agent. Its flash point, stable at 52°C (125.6°F), maintains constancy over time and throughout the evaporation process.
Possessing a potent solvent capacity, Diestone MP50 achieves exceptional cleaning and degreasing standards for metallic surfaces prior to painting. It efficiently reactivates and cleans epoxy and polyurethane primers. Notably, it is non-corrosive on metals, including light alloys, and features a mild odor.
Commonly used in painting and paint stripping shops, as well as in construction and assembly, this substance finds application in surface preparation before the application of paint, sealant, or glue. Its effectiveness extends to the removal of felt tip or ink marks. Additionally, it is suitable for degreasing metallic materials, epoxy/carbon composites, and thermoplastic materials prior to painting, as well as for cleaning jointing, sealant, and glue application equipment. Diestone MP50 is versatile enough to eliminate excess quantities, marks, and runs of jointing products, sealants, and glues. Moreover, it serves the purpose of degreasing in maintenance operations.
This product is used as supplied and without dilution at ambient temperature via brushing, swabbing, or wiping with a cloth.
