It is a one-step, solvent-free adhesive system with a medium viscosity that allows controlled dispensing and is designed for use with a convenient hand-held applicator. Formulated to bond multi-material assemblies, it can replace traditional fastening and joining methods such as screws, rivets, plastic welding, and multi-step processes involving chemical etchants, primers, or surface treatments.

With a 10:1 mix ratio and a room-temperature cure, this product offers an impressive 3-minute work life and develops handling strength in approximately 3 hours. It delivers excellent resistance to water, humidity, and a wide range of chemicals, resulting in durable bonds suitable for demanding applications and environments. Integrated 0.008” glass beads provide consistent bondline thickness control, helping ensure reliable and repeatable performance.
