SunPromo Toucan 6791 GlossCatalyst is suitable for use with various SunPromo inks (sold seperately), once mixed the catalayst and inks are a two part epoxy resin screen printing inks that have been specifically formulated to give excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates, often when all else fails.
