Did you know you can access OEM certificates in your “My Account” section? All you need is your GRN/SRC number. Follow the steps below to start accessing OEM certificates.
Step 1: Make sure you have your GRN/SRC number, this is located on the Product Barcode and on the Shipment certificate sent with your order.
Step 2: Log in to your account, from my account dashboard you can either select Transactions then OEM certificates or simply select OEM certificates from the quick links.
Step 3: Enter your GRN/SRC number in the search bar and click search.
Step 4: Click on the required document where you will be able to download or print a copy.
