Epikote 816 Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin
Epikote 816 is a low viscosity epoxy resin produced from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, and containing an added proportion of Cardura E10P (glycidyl ester of neodecanoic acid) as a reactive diluent.

Epikote 816 is of low volatility and mild odour, which gives the resin its agreeable handling characteristics. It provides good pigment wetting and good resistance to filler settling.
As judged by laboratory tests, Epikote 816 is considered to have a moderate resistance to crystallisation on storage.

- Compositions for the building and civil engineering industries, e.g. flooring compounds, adhesives, mortars and grouts
