The epoxy system is primarilyused by the semiconductor industry to form thermallyconductive joints in fabricated heat sinks and betweenheat sinks and power devices. CoolTherm EP-6037 resincan also be mixed with CoolTherm hardeners for bondingsemiconductors and transistors to heat sinks, and forgeneral purpose bonding of electronic components.
