These solder pastes offer exceptional lot-to-lot consistency with excellent print resolution and reproducibility to 12-mil pitch. RMA flux residue is light in color, transparent, soft, non-corrosive, inert, and may be left on your assembly. Cleaning with an appropriate cleaning system is optional.
