Porous products will allow excess resin, volatiles and trapped air to escape into the breather during cure while non-porous products will retain resin.
Airtech Release Ease 234 TFNP has a non-porous hard wearing release sheet for moulding flat and simple shaped parts, and may be used multiple times to help reduce consumable usage and time spent cutting materials. It provides a smooth high gloss finish on moulded parts, reducing the time spent hand finishing, and can be used at temperatures up to 288°C.
