CHT Silcoset Primer is a complex solvent solution of a silicone resin-based primer specially developed for use with separately sold Silcoset 1-Part and 2-Part room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone rubbers.

CHT Silcoset Primer is a solvent recommended for improved adhesion to most metals, plastics and composites. The primer arrives with a pink dye, perfect for maintaining thin, uniform coatings. For any new applications, customers must carry out small-scale tests to determine the suitability of the primer and the strength of the bond it creates.
