Product Information

It cures at ambient or elevated temperature to a moderately hard thermally conductive silicone rubber with very low viscosity and a low volatility content, providing excellent environmental protection.

CHT SE3000 is recommended for encapsulating highly populated electronic assemblies requiring high flow between the components. It is entirely neutral and will not cause electrodes and other metal parts to be corroded.
