It cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a resilient highly elastic seal which maintains flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. The sealant is extremely resistant to weathering, ageing and water. Bond-Flex 100 contains fungicide. Applications: Suitable for general purpose applications where adhesion to non-porous surfaces is required including sealing metal cladding and curtain walling
