It is a specially developed solution composed of a blend of glycols. Its purpose is to deliver outstanding release properties. The product offers a wet and robust film that enables the easy release of plastic and rubber components in various moulding and forming processes, including injection moulding and vacuum forming, when applied to a diverse array of thermoplastics and rubbers.
It effectively prevents accumulation within the mould, resulting in enhanced surface quality, reduced rejection rates, and increased production efficiency.
