It is formulated with a blend of wax and ester, delivering exceptional release properties for various thermoplastics, select thermosetting plastics, and numerous rubber materials. It also offers a dry, lightweight film that enables the effortless release of intricate plastic and rubber components in injection moulding and vacuum forming processes. Additionally, it ensures the fast and efficient release of materials like Plaster of Paris, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), and Silicone Rubber in other forming procedures. The product has an impressive operational temperature range remaining fully functional up to 150°C (302°F) while providing an attractive matt finish.
