Product Information
This rigid potting compound offers a 70-minute work life and is non-corrosive to copper, making it ideal for protecting heat-sensitive components. It offers good thermal shock resistance and excellent retention of electrical insulation properties under high humidity conditions. It has been tested for flammability in accordance with UL94 HB standards, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding applications. It has a handling strength of approximately 3 hours.
