3M Glass Cloth Tape 361 is coated with a silicone adhesive for many applications requiring high temperature resistance, high adhesion and a very strong, abrasion- resistant backing.It's often used for high temperature applications such as sealing ducts and as a back-up strip for submerged arc welding.

Features:

  • Due to its exceptional heat resistance and low moisture absorption
  • 3M glass cloth tape 361 has a wide operating range and also performs in humid environments with intermittent temperatures
  • Strong abrasion resistant backing resists shrinking, rotting or burning, providing exceptional stability in harsh environments
  • Pressure sensitive silicone adhesive for applications requiring high temperature resistance, high adhesion, and clean removal
  • For application requiring high tensile strength and good holding power
  • Can with stand intermittent temperatures up to 288 C, depending upon the type and duration of the heat source
  • Temperature use range: -54 C to 232 C
