PPG PR1764 B-2 Electrically Conductive Sealant
PPG PR1764 Class B is an electrically conductive, corrosion inhibitive, two-part sealant. Providing excellent long-term EMI/RMI protection, the cured sealant maintains electrical continuity in aircraft applications and is resistant to exposure from both jet fuel and aviation gas.

Product Information
This product is a manganese dioxide cured, nickel-filled, Permapol P-3 polythioether compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. When correctly primed with PR148 Adhesion Promoter (sold separately) this sealant has excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
It has a service temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to 121°C (250°F), with intermittent excursions up to 182°C (360°F).
Its corrosion inhibitive properties protect against the common causes of corrosion on aluminium alloys or between dissimilar metals.
