Loctite 5205 is a medium strength (3 N/mm² tensile shear strength), methacrylate-based gasketing product that offers semi-flexible capability. Intended for use with machined, rigid metal flanges, the product is suitable for gaps up to 0.25 mm and cures anaerobically. It is used typically as a form-in-place gasket on gearboxes and engine casings.
