Product Information

ReleaSys 8200 utilizes a proprietary fluoropolymer resin and adhesion promotors, to develop a robust thin-film coating that is highly durable and resistant to even the most aggressive moulding application.

ReleaSys 8200 is ideal for use with epoxies, plastics and composites as well as silicone elastomers. Properly applied, the product develops a durable, thin-film on the mould surface with minimal mould build-up. ReleaSys 8200 will not interfere with post-production finishing operation.
