PPG FE103, when used with the also discontinued Activator 85 was a two pack flexible polyurethane matt topcoat designed for use as external protection for aircraft and had excellent durability and adhesion characteristics.

This product range has been discontinued by PPG due to various reasons including raw material stock concerns. PPG recommend CA 8311 as a possible alternative.
