3M Scotch-Weld DP-110 Epoxy Adhesive

This product is a medium-viscosity adhesive that cures to handling strength in 20 minutes, providing a flexible bond on materials such as metals, ceramics, woods, and many plastics. Formulated as a toughened epoxy, it delivers high shear and peel strength while maintaining excellent flexibility. The adhesive dispenses with minimal dripping or running for controlled, accurate application and features a 1:1 premix system that allows for effective gap filling with an 8-13 minute work life.

Its highly flexible formulation creates a strong, permanent bond even under vibration and impact, making it well suited for bonding dissimilar surfaces. This flexibility also accommodates differential thermal expansion between substrates, ensuring long-term performance.
