3M Scotch-Weld DP-8725NS Low Odour Acrylic Adhesive

This low-odour, non-flammable acrylic adhesive features a reduced toxicological hazard profile, creating a safer working environment compared to typical acrylic adhesives. It bonds effectively to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, painted surfaces, plastics, and composites, with minimal surface preparation—even on slightly oily surfaces. It provides enhanced impact and peel strength while maintaining structural performance at temperatures as low as -40˚C. The adhesive offers a 23-minute work life with structural strength achieved in 55 minutes. Containing 250 micron (0.010 inch) spacer beads, it controls bond line thickness. It's non-sag formulation resists running and slumping, ensuring precise application. The adhesive cures at room temperature for convenience, can be accelerated with heat when needed, and meets the UL 94 HB flammability rating.
