It is a high polarity, natural-based fluid that exhibits excellent metal wetting properties and outstanding film strength, virtually eliminating contact between the tool and workpiece. This high lubricity improves surface finish and minimizes tool wear. The products suit most ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It allows for operations such as sawing, milling, and drilling to be carried out utilizing spray mist application methods. After use, it leaves components almost dry and with a pleasant odour. It can reduce waste disposal costs and is free from mineral oil, silicones, chlorine and sulphur.
