It's a semi-synthetic lubricant engineered for roll-forming ferrous metals with low mineral oil content, such as pre-galvanized steel. This product creates a stable, highly detergent emulsion that enhances machine cleanliness and produces cleaner roll-formed sections.
This specially selected lubricity additive ensures optimal lubrication during the forming and subsequent cutting processes, resulting in superior surface finishes on the end products. Additionally, it contains a robust corrosion prevention package, offering extended protection against corrosion for both the internal and external surfaces of the formed sections.
Thanks to its high concentration of additives, this lubricant performs exceptionally well in smaller emulsion systems. It is ideally suited for roll-forming structural components, scaffolding tubing, and pre-galvanized steel.
