GRAMOS D3023-originalTAKrag is a superior quality cotton textile cleaning wipe impregnated with non-transferrable resin specifically designed to remove & collect high levels of dust, dirt, fibres, hair etc from prepared surfaces prior to painting, finishing or enhancement.

The product provides optimum contaminant collection and retention performance where high volumes of large particle contaminants are encountered. The base fabric of GRAMOS D3023-originalTAKrag is a specially selected ‘natural’ high quality / high strength cotton yarn woven in an open weave construction. The fabric is impregnated to a high weight ratio with a proprietary non-transferring, resin system designed to provide extremely high contaminant absorbency and retention.

GRAMOS D3023-originalTAKrag provides an ultra clean surface for subsequent paint finishing operations in the motor vehicle and wood & furniture industries where tests have shown that dirt and fibre counts at the end of the paint finishing line can be reduced by up to 66%. The tightly controlled impregnation process ensures consistent resin impregnation weight that ensures little or no resin transfer to the component.

The resin impregnation weight of GRAMOS D3023-originalTAKrag makes this product ideal for use in decontamination cleaning operations for the safe removal and containment of asbestos fibres and other fine particulates.
