It is used on commercially available as well as suitable self-constructed flocculation systems equipped with a powder dosage device and a corresponding stirrer. It also flocculates itself completely in aqueous solutions even if there are no glass fines. As a result, the danger of overdosing is virtually excluded (repeated overdosing over a longer period should yet be avoided). Acenol PG must be added to the grinding solution only as a powder!
Acenol PG was specially adapted to our coolants (Acecool) in order to guarantee that the coolant solutions are not affected adversely by the flocculant. Before using Acenol PG with other coolant concentrates our application laboratory should be contacted.
