Socomore Diestone DLS Multi-Purpose Cleaning Solvent 500ml Aerosol

It is free from chlorinated hydrocarbons and used as a cleaning agent. Providing maximum security, it is non-carcinogenic and non-teratogenic, and does not contain any toluene or ethylene glycol ethers. Its flash point of 30°C (86°F) is stable in time and remains constant throughout the evaporation duration.

With very high solvent power, Diestone DLS offers excellent standards of cleaning and degreasing of metallic surfaces before painting, and is efficient at reactivating and cleaning epoxy and polyurethane primers. It is non-corrosive on metals, including light alloys, and has a weak odour.

Frequently employed in painting and paint stripping shops, as well as in construction and assembly, it may be used as a subsidiary stripper of dry paint films, for elimination of polyvinyl primers and nitrocellulose lacquers. It is effective at removing felt tip or ink marks. It can be utilised for the degreasing of metallic materials, epoxy/carbon composites and thermoplastic materials before painting, or the cleaning of jointing, sealant and glue application equipment. Diestone DLS can also remove excess quantities, marks and runs of jointing products, sealants and glues, or be used for degreasing during maintenance operations.

This product is used as supplied and without dilution at ambient temperature via spraying, brushing or swabbing.
