3M Scotch-Weld DP-8825NS Low Odour Acrylic Adhesive

This adhesive is a toughened, two-part structural adhesive designed to provide fast and durable bonding for a wide variety of substrates, including powder-coated surfaces and most plastics. It has a 25-minute work life and reaches structural strength in 56 minutes, delivering excellent shear, peel, and impact resistance. Its low-odour, non-flammable formulation ensures a safer working environment, while built-in spacer beads control bond line thickness to provide consistent results and minimize squeeze-out. The adhesive is supplied in a 10:1 mix ratio and offers rapid strength build with the option of heat-accelerated curing.
