Lackfabrik Bader Zero Torque Sealant
The Zero Range from Lackfabrik Bäder GmbH & Co. KG is the first 100% water-based securing lacquer system that works completely without organic solvents (VOC-free). In addition to its excellent adhesive properties, it has good breaking properties and a drying speed that is phenomenal for water-based systems. Furthermore, it is not a hazardous material, which leads to significant risk minimisation for the user during its processing.
DIN 32546 is the first standard for torque sealants. It provides a consistent framework for their assessment and application. The standard distinguishes between a visual mark and a tactile seal. Lackfabrik Bader Zero, Fast Dry and Standard are all compliant with DIN 32546
