IP 1265 Catalyst is used with IP 1265 ceramic intumescent coating. Designed for the minimum intumescence, but with great thermal barrier effect.
Application:
- Apply by spray; thin as required with thinner IP3-REDUCER
- Apply two coats wet on wet per coat application to give an approximate dry film thickness of 150-200 microns.
- Allow to dry 16-24 hours before applying next process of two coats wet on wet, Continue to build the coating in this manner until required film thickness is achieved.
