Widely used on aircraft and engine parts during component overhaul, this product prevents rust and corrosion on all metals. It is harmless to plastics, rubber and painted or plated surfaces, and protects engines and parts that go into long term storage, as well as delicate shop tools, gauges and instruments.
It penetrates rust, and is very effective in penetrating corrosion to loosen and lubricate frozen parts. It is also effective at displacing moisture and neutralising the effects of mild acids, alkalis and corrosive atmospheres.
It is free of chromates and heavy metals, non-conductive, and has low toxicity.
This product can be used in conjunction with the Formit extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated.
